Who we are
Fernandez Financial Capital was founded by Juan Fernandez and works out of our office at 5803 NW 151 St in Miami Lakes. We serve homebuyers, homeowners, real estate investors and business owners in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
We're a licensed mortgage broker, not a bank. Instead of offering one lender's menu, we review your scenario and match it with lender partners whose programs actually fit: the property, your timeline, your income documentation and your exit plan. When something doesn't fit, we say so early, so you don't lose weeks on a loan that was never going to close.
